Pastor Nate loves seeing how God changes lives every week through Summit. Because Jesus spent a lot of time in the community, he stays involved with local people and leaders as well. He currently sits on the board of directors for the Homeless Youth Connection and the Buckeye Valley Chamber. Pastor Nate has his M Div. from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, and he's thankful for 16 great years of marriage with Liz & three children. For fun, you will find him yelling at the TV when the NBA or NFL is actually playing ball.

Jill serves as our Director of Community Life. She is responsible for helping visitors and new members get connected with Summit. She is also the coordinator for community and outreach events. Her passion is building strong relationships and watching others grow in their faith. She is married and has two daughters. When she is not working she loves to spend time with family and friends.

Vicki is the Administrative Coordinator for Summit. She manages the office and provides administrative support for Summit’s staff and ministry teams. She has over 15 years of experience working with churches and was also involved in music ministry and creative arts. She loves to sew, watch old movies and spend time with her family.

Ryan leads the band, AV, and music teams at Summit. He enjoys working on technical related needs and serving on mission trips at Summit. Ryan graduated from Concordia University Irvine, with a Communications and Music degree. He loves to spend time with his family going to the lake.

Jamie serves at Summit directing Children's Ministry for children from ages birth through 5th grade. She is also a part time physical therapist, working in elementary schools with children who have physical disabilities. She loves to spend time with her family in the great outdoors, hiking and camping.

Kristine leads the youth group (students 6th-12th grade) on Sunday mornings and plans fun events and service opportunities for that age group. She also works at the Verrado Assembly as Programs Coordinator and is the Executive Director of Waterislife (bringing clean water to the world). She treasures her family, purposeful travel, social media and is very proud to say she loves Jesus and teenagers.

Stephanie Fargo serves as director of the Growth Group Ministry, helping people to connect with others in small group study.

Liz coordinates many of our Sunday morning volunteer teams. She also serves as a women's Growth Group leader and on the women's ministry team. When she can find extra time, she enjoys scrapbooking as well as camping with her family.

Lisa plans creative elements with our worship team for Sunday morning worship and special events. She has served in this capacity at other churches, and we love the passion she brings to our worship planning team. She loves to cook and enjoys traveling.

You'll find Pastor Allen preaching every month or two at Summit. He has served as a campus pastor, interim pastor, and mission developer throughout the years. Pastor Allen enjoys travelling with his wife, and helping people learn more about the Bible and grow in their faith.

Pam heads up the Prayer Team at Summit. If you need prayer, she would love to get people praying for you. She volunteers in the community and is in the financial strategy and insurance industry. Pam is invests in her daughter's life as Girl Scout troop leader and as a chauffeur to soccer.

Jeff manages Summit's setup and teardown team procedures on Sunday morning. You can also find him each year at the Summit Mexico Mission Trip, laying down concrete and helping coordinate a large crew of volunteers.
