Description

The greatest myth of leadership is that you must be in charge in order to lead. In this study, How to Lead When You’re Not in Charge , Clay Scroggins shares his first-hand discovery that great leaders learn to unleash their positive influence wherever they are. He explains the nature of leadership and what it takes to lead yourself and others well with or without that impressive title. Each week we will delve into a leadership skill and what the Bible has to say about it examining our own leadership style.

Join us and become the great leader you want to be so you can make a difference right where you are—whether it’s in your workplace, community, or church. Even when you’re not in charge.

Sessions include:
• The Oddity of Leadership
• Lead Yourself
• Choose Positivity
• Think Critically
• Reject Passivity
• Challenging Up

Following the study above, our group will be moving into a church-wide vision series where we will be digging into the book of Acts looking at the early church and where God is leading Summit over the next several years.
