Children’s Ministry Director (full-time)

Summit Community Church, a growing Christian Church in the West Valley of Phoenix, is seeking a proven, enthusiastic leader who passionately follows Jesus Christ.  This person will partner with our staff and lay leaders to develop, direct, and oversee Summit Kids (infant – 5th grade) as we lead people who are far from God to courageously follow Jesus. A successful candidate is a visionary leader with the ability to develop strong volunteer teams. For this to be true, they must possess excellent people, team building and delegation skills.
