Under the direction of President & CEO Jim Weber’s leadership during the past 9 years, Global Connection International has focused intently on the battle against modern-day slavery and human trafficking.  This has always been a vital part of the organization’s 21 – year involvement  in Southeast Asia and Central America; but with the US now at the top of the list for the sale and consumption of commercial sex world-wide,  GCI has made human trafficking awareness and prevention their top priority right here at home.  With their 65’ custom-built mobile education exhibit, they have exposed over a million people at fairs, rodeos, schools, churches, civic clubs, corporate conventions, and NASCAR events to the threats that an estimated 750,000 predators and traffickers pose to our kids and their families right under our noses!

Jim and his wife JoAnn of 51 years insist that “We must have the courage to think outside of the box if we’re going to make a difference in things that really matter!”  Jim is an engaging and colorful communicator who loves nothing more than to network and collaborate in things that provide genuine significance in life!
